Costumes and accessories are to be handled delicately. This does not need washing or ironing before or after use. This is taken care at Shop.
Care to be taken that props and components are not missed out or removed or teared during the use.
It is advisable to wear the costume after your make-ups.
While removing costumes , please ensure makeup items like Alta , Sindoor, Face & Body paints, lip sticks etc., does not come in contact with the costumes.
Please donot use any kind of body perfumes or external sprays that may affect the longevity of the costume fabrics.
If conditions are violated , the damages will be assessed and deducted from the deposits accordingly.
PAYMENTS
The rent and deposits vary from item to item.
The maximum allowable days for rent are 2 ( two days ) from delivery to return.
For advance booking a non-refundable token amount to be deposited based on mutual discussion.
Customers to pay full rental amounts and security deposits in advance while taking delivery.
For bulk orders or gala events or institutional programmes etc., the order to be provided in 1-2 months in advance along with advance deposits.
The security amount will be refunded immediately after returning of items subjected to fulfilling conditions as mentioned under Return policy , and Terms and conditions .
RETURN POLICY
We do not provide door delivery services for Costumes.
All are to be collected from the Shop as well as returned to the Shop .
Customer needs to inspect, check every part of items and count those before taking delivery.
Claims will not be entertained during/ after the return.
If conditions are violated , the damages will be assessed and deducted from the deposits accordingly.
